The Deye BOS-A HVB 800V/160A-EU control module (BOS-A-PDU-2) is the central management unit for high-voltage (HV) energy storage systems in the Deye BOS-A / V-TAC BOS-A range. It provides communication, protection, coordination and control of battery modules in a rack configuration, managing both charging/discharging and real-time monitoring of the system.
With an operating range of 200–1000 Vdc, a maximum charge/discharge current of 160 A, IP20 protection and intelligent communication ports, the module is ideal for industrial, commercial and residential applications with high performance requirements.

Installation method
For a single battery:The kit contains 4 fixing brackets that are mounted on the edge of the battery for secure positioning. Installation on a flat, horizontal surface is recommended to avoid scratching the battery’s insulating layer.
For multiple battery packs:Mount the frames onto the first module, then onto the second. After stacking two battery packs, the upper and lower clamps lock together. The same procedure is repeated for subsequent modules.
The base of each frame is 35 mm high, ensuring optimal airflow between units.
