Venus GX is the communications hub of your system, ensuring seamless interaction between all components and their smooth operation. With Venus GX, monitoring data in real time and adjusting settings is simple, directly from your smartphone or other device, via our free remote management portal, Victron Remote Management (VRM).
Once connected, Venus GX provides an instant overview of the system: battery charge status, current energy consumption, photovoltaic energy collection and energy supply from the grid or generator.
VRM provides full access to the advanced settings of all system components connected to the Venus GX or Color Control GX, allowing both users and installers to carry out diagnostic checks and analyses with ease, anywhere and at any time.
Venus GX can automatically start the generator based on low voltage levels, energy demand or battery charge status. It can also be programmed to delay start-up during quiet periods, thereby avoiding night-time disturbance.
Venus GX manages energy storage systems perfectly, keeping batteries at 100%, intervening during outages and redirecting surplus solar energy towards self-consumption, thereby saving money. For further details, please refer to the ESS (Energy Storage System) manual.
