This product comes with a 3-year warranty. The UTi730E thermal imaging camera is a top-of-the-range model operating in the infrared spectrum, designed to measure the surface temperature of objects within a range of -40°C to +400°C.
The camera contains 76,800 uncooled vanadium oxide pixels, each with a 12μm vanadium dioxide sensor. The thermal image of objects, converted into a visible image using the selected colour palette, can be overlaid onto the image in the visible light range. A further 2 million pixels for visible light handle this. Setting the system date and time and generating QR codes for each photograph facilitates the subsequent classification of photographs. Manual or automatic triggering of the camera shutter at preset intervals. Saving images to the supplied microSD card or transferring them via Wi-Fi Hotspot, for example, to a laptop. Real-time image output via the USB-C connector to a laptop and TV. Switching temperature units between Celsius, Kelvin and Fahrenheit. Automatic monitoring of the hottest and coldest spots in the image with temperature indication, simultaneous temperature analysis of multiple objects: point, line, circular, rectangular. Setting temperature alarms. Image analysis on a PC or mobile phone using the supplied Vitta software and app. Removable 5200mAh Li-ion battery, which can be charged in the device or via an external charger.
The UTi730E thermal imager will find wide application in the construction industry for detecting heat loss from masonry, roofs or pipes, in the energy sector for identifying electrical faults, in management, in cold stores, in service centres for locating overloaded equipment, and in scientific research.
