The UT513C 5 kV insulation resistance tester is a digital high-voltage insulation resistance tester designed with multiple voltage ranges, including 250 V, 500 V, 1000 V, 2500 V and 5000 V. It is an ideal measuring instrument for the electricity, telecommunications, meteorology, engine room, oil field, electromechanical installations and maintenance departments of industrial and mining enterprises.
