UNI-T UT383 Luxmeter
This product comes with a 3-year warranty. The UT383S digital light meter (lux meter) is a stable, safe and reliable miniature digital meter, widely used in the development and design of lighting systems, agriculture, animal husbandry, mining, laboratories and offices, and is also popular as a household aid in schools and educational establishments.
Due to its miniaturisation, the sensor unit is connected to the main unit via a flexible coiled cable; the sensor is fitted with a scratch-resistant cover. Four-digit display with a range of 9999; at higher light levels, the range is increased by a factor of 10 or 100, which is indicated on the display. The measurement range is from 0 Lux to 199,900 Lux; the ranges change automatically. If the illumination exceeds 199,900 Lux, ‘OL’ will appear on the display. You can select units of Lux (Lx – in Europe) or FC (in the US and UK, FC = Lux / 10.76). The measurement sampling rate is 2/s. Power is supplied by three 1.5 V AAA batteries. After five minutes of inactivity, the device switches off automatically.
