UNI-T UT12M-EU PRO Line Voltage Tester
This product comes with a 3-year warranty. The UT12M-EU is a professional non-contact AC voltage tester with a built-in lamp and synchronised audible and visual warning function. In low-voltage mode, it is suitable for testing low-voltage motors (<90V), audio systems, arc welding machines, underground mine lighting, thick-insulated cables and other weakly electromagnetic devices. In high-voltage mode, it can be used for testing electrical distribution systems in the range (90–1000 V), switchboards, electrical appliances and three-phase systems.
It is widely used in the maintenance of low-voltage equipment, such as wires, cables, sockets and other electrical/electronic devices. It is a very useful tool for electricians. Simply place the sensor head near the object to be tested or the AC socket. When alternating current voltage is detected, the red or green LED on the tip lights up and the buzzer sounds. The frequency of the buzzer and the detection LED increases as the detector approaches the object being tested.
It allows the detection of a weak magnetic field near electromagnetic relays, solenoids, coils, etc.
