It offers the ideal solution for measuring and monitoring temperature for professionals in the food industry. The infrared mode can quickly detect the surface temperature of objects, whilst the probe mode is used to accurately measure the internal temperature of food. It features a temperature range indicator; this function is suitable for HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) to ensure food safety. This thermometer is suitable for food processing, food transport, storage, the catering industry and many other applications.
