Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer you the possibility to return products within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please follow the steps below to complete the return process:
- Fill in the return form below with all the necessary information.
- Make sure that the returned product is in the same condition as you received it, with no signs of wear and in its original packaging.
- Once you have submitted the form, you will receive further instructions on how to send your return.
- Return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.
Return conditions:
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging with all labels intact.
- We do not accept returns for customized or sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Refunds:
Once we receive and check the returned product, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. The refund will be made within 7-14 working days upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, by the same payment method used when placing the order.
