Exchanging or returning products
The buyer has the right to terminate the distance contract within 14 days of its execution.
For the right to terminate the contract to be preserved, the consumer must ensure that the goods are maintained in their original condition. If the device is destroyed, damaged or spoiled through no fault of the consumer, the consumer shall not be deprived of the possibility to terminate the contract. If the value of the product has decreased due to opening the packaging or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot make a claim for a refund.
The value of the product will be refunded to the bank account specified in the return request.
