Pylon Technologies, Co. Ltd, established in 2009, is one of the first companies to produce storage systems for photovoltaic applications and storage batteries for electric vehicles, utilizing lithium-iron-phosphate (LiFePO4) technology. Pylon Technologies is both a storage system integrator and a manufacturer of lithium cells and BMS - Battery Management System, being one of the few companies to have a complete industrial chain of LiFePO4 batteries.

For use in hybrid and off-grid PV systems, the high power density of LITHIU batteries means much less space in a building and the pre-equipment with the complete set of cables means lower installation costs compared to traditional storage solutions. In addition, no volatile gas emissions are generated during the charging-discharging processes, so the batteries can be placed in the building without the need for special ventilation systems.

The batteries are modular and allow the parallel mounting of several units (up to 8 batteries), with all connection accessories included. The standand size also allows mounting in 19" rack units.

LiFePO4 or LFP technology

The technology LiFePO4 or LFP technology is considered the most stable and safe technology available at the moment especially for climatic zones where temperatures exceed 40°C, representing the ideal alternative to replace traditional batteries.
